1-2 Business Days. After capturing, I need to process the 360 & 3D data, which can take 3 – 24 hours, depending on the space size. Once I have processed the data, I can begin creating your assets, and you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. For tours that require many feature tags to be added (ex. Museums) this can 3-5 business days. Once I deliver your assets, I’ll give you time to confirm everything before sending a final invoice. During this time, you can request any edits to made. 

I’ll begin by discussing your project to understand your needs and tailor my service accordingly. Once we clarify your requirements, we will agree on a capture date and time, and I’ll provide you with an online estimate based on the space’s square footage.

Preparation is key. Please ensure your space is clean, organized, and well-lit, with all clutter removed and no one in the camera’s view. The 360-degree capture process is detailed, so it’s essential your space looks its best. Upon arrival, I expect the space to be ready, but I’m available to offer preparation tips.

The capture involves positioning a camera at key points to take 360-degree photos and 3D data. This process usually takes around 1 hour. The space should be clear of people during this time unless previously arranged.

Afterward, I’ll upload the images and data for processing, which can take up to 24 hours. Once I receive the processed model, I’ll work on your virtual tour assets. Delivery times are detailed in the turnaround tab.

You’ll receive a link to your virtual tour assets, accessible online or embeddable on your website. After your approval and any requested edits, I’ll send the final invoice based on the captured square footage.

Feature Tags are clickable hotspots that can be placed anywhere or on anything in your virtual tour. They contain a title and a text area that can accommodate a description, URL links, images, PDFs, videos, and more.

Once we discuss your project, I will send an online estimate based on the estimated square footage of the space. After capturing, I will calculate the actual square footage captured and send you an online invoice. We use Waze for our estimates, invoices, and payments, which is secure and allows you to pay by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, or direct bank account. All payments are due within 15 days of delivery, or the tour will be deactivated until payment is made.
